I would recommend this location to others. The main problem that others have with this apartment when I suggest it is the monthly rental. It is an expensive amount for most.

I had someone ask me about my apartment experience just yesterday as they are moving to Addison. I recommended some of the newer apartments around Vitruvian or along the NDT.

I would recommend it because it is quiet, has good management and maintenance services, and allows German Shepherd Dogs.
I would not recommend if someone is looking for upgraded apartments (wood or laminate flooring, granite countertops, ceiling fan in the living room, updated bathroom). Also, if someone in a unit next to you smokes, you can smell it in your apartment.

This is a great property. Well maintained, gated with private garages in a very desirable location. Room sizes are very good compared to newer construction.

The surroundings are very nice and it is a safe and quiet atmosphere (other than our upstairs neighbor noise.) Other residents have been great as well.

I have a good friend who lives in a 2BR/2BA apartment a few miles away in Turnberry Isle. She pays extra for a garage (not attached). I've tried to get her to move here when her lease came up for renewal. But, she found the rents here to be cost prohibitive and she is turned off by all of the dirt (clean freak to the last!) I always recommend this place to people, because the location is terrific for those of us who still want a suburban feel in an apartment community.
