Biggest issue is grounds and landscaping, followed by kitchen and bath upgrades. These issues would prevent me from recommending.

ONLY IF YOU DO WHAT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE COMPLEX UPGRADED AS IT WAS WHEN WE MOVED IN 8 YEARS AGO.

I really like the "Town Home" feel of each unit having a connected garage with internal entry, especially in winter time.

Nice place. . seems more like condos than apartment living.

Plus marks that it used to be quiet up until several months ago with the dogs moving into Building 6. Minus points with maintenance being on par with lower rent apartments.

It is a safe p lace to live in a good location.

As above - though I really like the community, I have issues with the lack of updated interior/amenities; again: windows, flooring, appliances, bath (fixtures, finishes, flooring)

The low level of outside noise and neighbor noise offers a peaceful experience

The age of the apts would be a consideration.

Would based on staff & quiet property. Would not based on not good lighting on property safety at night should be better lighting around property on buildings & rent raises high for extended lease residents on property beyond 3 years still too high cost & not enough upgrades based on 1200 + cost we are paying.
