The community was nicely landscaped, clean, and well maintained. It was in an excellent location with convenient access to shopping and dining. The attached garage was a real plus. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel welcome and was genuinely interested helping me find the right apartment.

Great place to live. Easy access to a variety of things to do and places to eat and shop. The staff is great. The responses to my maintenance requests have been taken care of within 48 hours. I would recommend Carriage Homes to anyone.

The community was clean and neat and situated very near a central road in North Dallas. That made the community even more appealing. The apartments looked well maintained and the the same applied to the landscaping.
