There were no amenities discussed. The parking was really far because it was mostly parking garage.

This was a lovely mid-rise community built into the new town center where the city convention center, library, community center, amphitheater, live theater, and other city offices and retail spaces were all located. The amenities were very nice, and the new apartments were beautiful. My only disappointment was that these apartments had luxury pricing without the luxury features. The amenities were nice but limited, and the fitness center was the one in the city rec center, so it was not 24 hours and on-site. I was very disappointed to find that there were not granite countertops or garden tubs. Many of the small luxury touches that are usually found in the high end luxury apartments were just not there in the sinks, lighting fixtures, hardware, built-ins, or moldings. Therefore, I thought these apartments were overpriced for the finish out and the location so far south of the city.

The customer service I received was professional and genuine. I felt welcomed by the staff member that gave me the information I needed. She was friendly, engaging, and thorough in telling me about the apartment amenities and features.

The leasing agent was straight to the point and she engaged me in conversation throughout my on-site visit. The appliances in the kitchen were very nice and the size of the bedroom and bathroom was a great size.

This community has everything in benefits, that can be enjoyed as a resident.
