I had a tour of a one bedroom and a two bedroom floor plan, and I am very impressed. I really like the layout of the two bedroom floor plan and the amount of closet space. The walk-in closets are very nice. The bathrooms are a nice size, too. All in all I was pleased with the tour.

This is a nice property. I would definitely stay here.

The community had many amenities. The staff that I encountered were working efficiently and well. The community was more like a hotel, where I could stay and live and did not feel like home.

I thought the community presented itself very well. It would be nice to have an on-site gym and more common areas available. There should be designated residential parking for the residents. The leasing professional did a great job.

Based on the sales presentation, I would definitely lease at this community. The associate was warm and inviting from the telephone conversation throughout the community viewing. I love the atmosphere of the community and the central location as well as the cleanliness and value of the community. I feel very confident that I would recommend this community to a friend or family member.

However, the clientele is changing and thus running the property down. Not kept clean, trash left outside of doors, noisy and not respectful of others. Rent is the price of luxury apts but the upkeep isn't.

This community offers the modern experience in every apartment feature. The lounge chairs located inside the pool give this community a resort appeal.

The agent indicated that he lived on the property which to me is a plus.
