I have not lived in the building long enough to provide very useful feedback, but I am very satisfied with the quality of the unit and responsiveness of the staff. The only thing that disappointed me about the building is that the interior hallways are not air conditioned. I imagine it will be very hot during the summer.

I enjoy living at DAG. The customer service is incredibly unique in that every staff member, whether it be the front desk or maintenance, is extraordinary, accommodating, and welcoming. My only tiny criticism would be that every once in a while, machines around the complex break (i.e. garage door, machines in fitness center, etc.) One suggestion I have is to install a system that allows guests to ring the apartment resident and the resident to buzz them in. You could expand the fitness center if possible!

The managers of The District of Greenbriar are all friendly and professional, as are the maintenance staff members. They have made our experience of apartment living such a pleasant one. They all deserve to be recognized for ther excellence. However, after a year of living here, we believe there are some structural issues with the building insofar as there is virutally zero sound proofing between floors and we have had to endure the heavy footfall of our upstairs neighbors for far too long, as well as other noises. We wil not renew our lease.

The only thing I think needs attention is the East elevator(s.) I've never been on them when they don't reek of a gym. Maybe some room deodorizer or neutralizer? Oh and the garage gate entrance needs some work. Lots of folks drive up without a key fob and do not move out of the way. They know they can't get in, yet they wait for someone to pull up behind them and then sneak in.

Make sure that the doors from the garage actually lock behind residents after entry. Make the media room available at all times unless prior reservations. Not enough visitor parking.

Really good apartment and people. Good amenities and strategic location with access to S.G. Also, the rooms are great and the community is great. Pay AUM online. In winter, the pool was not really well maintained. I saw lots of dead worms in the pool area, inside the restrooms, and even in the pool.

Great place to lived. Apartments are modern, clean, and amenities are impressive. I do wish the gym was larger in size. Management has been great. Location can't be beat, walking distance to Rice Village.

The management team spirit is great. The events are great, too, except that I wish there was more for people who do not exercise. I felt, after moving in, that the commuity had physically degenerated to the point where the communal facilities and areas were no longer comfortable nor desireable. The most important thing, though, is that the apartment (which was new when I moved in) is falling apart. I have never had this many issues with a rental before. Hard work is needed to restore the community to its former state. Please accommodate the biking community.
