We have been living in our apartment for about 6 months now. We must say we are very satsified. Management deals with issues in a timely manner and we also feel the "love" from the whole team. Our only complaint would be the # of guests allowed to be brought to the pool. Is there any way to request more guests on occasion? Your consideration is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Also, would be nice to be able to access TV room by maintenance @ some point in time.

Love the outdoor grills and common area. Dog areas are wonderful. Smokers too close to building causes hallway and opened window apts to smell.

The place is maintained well, good location. The paint used on the walls is pretty terrible. The late notice is far to intense for a late notice stating you are to vacate for missing rent by 3-4 days is a bit harsh.
