Driving up to the office it looked somewhat dated and not very inviting. The office had a musty smell to it. The leasing staff was very friendly and did the best she could with the product she was selling. Updating the interiors even a little could make a big difference. The location is great.

The customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed the tour with the leasing agent that day. That area was a very nice area backed up against one of the most amazing communities and school systems. Just that factor alone would give me reason to seriously consider moving into the community. Plus I was impressed with how clean and well maintained the community was. So much to appreciate. The only thing that would make it better was if you could have your own washer and dryer unit in your own home.

This is a nice little property. More signs to make locating the leasing office would be helpful though. The grounds are well kept. It is conveniently located across Memorial City Mall and in walking distance of many places. There were helpful and friendly leasing agents.
