The community was very well maintained and located in the midst of shopping and restaurants and has easy access to I-10. The apartments are large and spacious. I imagine living here is heavenly. I hope all is as it appears.

I was very impressed with this property and the way the leasing professional handled himself upon our initial greeting. He was very engaged despite the busy atmosphere. He asked what I was looking for and offered me better options for a better value. We talked the entire time and I felt a very genuine connection. I would most definitely lease at this community. The amenities, professionalism, and elegance were up to par and met all of my standards.

The property was well kept, looked brand new, and was very nice. However, the monthly rent was more than double most apartments for the square footage to a dollar amount. The apartments were significantly larger than most one bedroom apartments, but the amenities barely compared to others. They were about the same. Although it was a smaller community, the gym, pool area, and clubhouse were pretty small. The stackable washer and dryer were tiny as well. The staff was amazing and gave me the impression that this was a great place to live.

That community offered premium high-rise, boutique style living in a great location. The leasing staff was professional and friendly.

As a real customer, this property is not worth the price.
