The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was very kind and professional and attentive.

High rise living conveniently located just minutes from the most popular mall in the city, as well as great dining options. Open layouts with luxury kitchens featuring exhaust hoods and granite counter tops. Beautiful amenities and views. Prices were steep but reasonable for what was offered.

I would recommend the community to family and friends.

I visited the property and I was greeted by the leasing agent there and she was able to begin with some of the main features of the apartments like the concierge, security and explaining the renovations happening on-site. I saw the model on the 11th floor but the apartment I would most likely get would be on the 5th or 7th floor. I also would like to say that the agent was knowledgeable about the apartment style and the property. I would consider moving there.

The property is in excellent condition and the apartment is very clean and modern. The leasing agent was friendly and communicated leasing information in a clear and professional manner.

This was a very nice property. The location was great and it was obvious that the residents expect and probably get the best customer service. The apartments were very large in every area. The staff members that I had contact with, were very professional and among the best I have seen.

The apartment homes were very nice, but the price was ridiculous. The rent was way too much money, especially for the small square footage.

This is an astounding property and priced amazingly low for what you get. It is elegant and all apartments have a beautiful view of the city. The apartments are huge with huge storage and closets and the finishes are excellent. You have a concierge on duty until midnight to help you with your needs such as reservations to restaurants. There is even an overhead passway to the mall so that you did not have to go out in the elements.

Parking - There are plenty of covered parking spaces on multiple floors within garage.

Noise - The neighbors are respectful among one another and noise is kept at a minimal.

Grounds - The Fountains of Memorial City's staff do a tremendous job at keeping the appearance of the entire community looking first class from the exterior to the interior.

Construction - The qualities of the community are outstanding with concrete walls between each unit and the insulation which keeps the inside temperature constant.

Maintenance - Every maintenance request I put in had a quick turnaround time within next day service.

Staff - Every single staff member at The Fountains of Memorial City does a wonderful job at meeting the tenants' needs. They really do go above and beyond here and listen to every praise and concern they receive.

Overall - This community is one of the best communities in Houston. It is first class from appearance to service. I would highly recommend The Fountains at Memorial City to anyone.
