This is a luxurious property close to some of the best dining and retail centers in the city. Spacious rooms with beautiful finishes and standard features. Great amenities and resident services including a rooftop pool and concierge.

This was a beautiful community. It was a lovely property. I would be honored to live there.

The community should find space for a second phase because they had a great property. They probably stay well above 95% occupied and it shows.

It has been wonderful. Great staff, concierge are wonderful. Norberto, Lucy and Miguel are great. Josh is great. We love Courtney, Kim, Thia and all the security guards and all the other concierge folks are wonderful. We have met so many wonderful people living here. We love the dog park and all the nice people we have met that also have dogs. It's been a lot of fun.

This apartment community was very beautiful and well decorated. It was practically brand new. The staff was very attentive and pleasant to prospects.
