The presentation was exceptional. After a warm and welcoming introduction, the leasing agent showed the lease rates and apartment availability. Her attitude was awesome. Her bright and festive appearance made a great first impression. The property was well represented.

The property was very nice with beautiful landscaping and nice interiors. The staff was really friendly as well as very informative and helpful.

The leasing professional was very caring. Upon touring the community, I noticed there were many areas in need of paint. Several doors had chipped paint. I was not impressed with the valet boxes that were kept outside the apartment door. I would not want that at my front door. I like being able to bring my garbage can back in the apartment.

Although the agent was very pleasant and gave a really nice demonstration, the apartment was a bit overpriced compared to other apartments in the area because it lacked some modern features.
