My experience with the community was impressive. From the telephone conversation to the on-site visit, it was commendable. The staff member I encountered, exhibited professionalism. The amenities and service they provided struck me as appealing. I would recommend this property.

The location was awesome. The grounds looked well cared after and the nature surrounding the property gave it an impression of park-like setting. There seemed to be a sense of peace. The model that I looked at seemed more like a condo or townhouse rather than an apartment. It felt more like a home. The staff was excellent and paid attention to detail. I did not feel rushed, and my needs were taken care of.

This was a very nice property not too far from all major highway systems and the medical center. Large spacious apartments with walk-in closets and upgraded appliances. A bit pricey, but comparable to other properties in the area.

The updated stainless steel appliances were something that other properties did not offer and the price of their apartments was more expensive. The rental rate was unbelievable for what all was featured in the apartment.

The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space as well as a pantry. The bathroom has a linen closet and cabinet space. It is off the hallway, making it easy for guests to use when they visit without going through the bedroom. The bedroom has a large closet. There is a patio off the living room area. The community offers a pool, care, community room, fitness and business center as well as Wi-Fi, and 24 hour maintenance. There is covered parking with ample space for every tenant. Shuttle service will take you to and from the medical center if needed. The community is near shopping, freeways, the Medical Center, and restaurants. Pricing is good for what the community offers.

This is a special community situated in a wonderful neighborhood. I really hope it continues to do well.

The apartment amenities were everything I would need for my apartment. The community was well maintained. The leasing agent had her own special touch. She had good customer service skills.

It is a nice and simple community. Nothing exclusive or over the top. The location is great if you work in the medical center and university area. Other than that, it would be too expensive and unreasonable.

This was a nice pleasant property that is hidden. There is nothing really special about the property besides its very convenient location. There are other apartments near that can offer the same amenities if not more.
