The pictures of the amenities I was shown struck me as being attractive and inviting. I was not shown the grounds; however, the area near the leasing office appeared to be nicely maintained. The leasing professional came across as being content with what she was doing, honest and natural. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was sincere, honest, and natural.

This property is located in a great location, right next to many shops and easy access to the highway.

The agent asked all the right questions to personalize the apartment to my needs. She explained the views from the balcony, which made the apartment enticing. When faced with some objections, she made suggestions on how it could be fixed. She related to me on a personal level, which made it more inviting to live in the community.

You defiantly pay for the location

there is never any parking in this community and the flooring is bad u can hear your neigbors all day long

Its a very nice place to call home.

Great location with easy access to amminities. Love being able to walk to restaurants. The CARES team events are a great benefit to the apartment community. Since there is no security fence, I appreciate the security doors to each building. However with those, the noise is unbearable at times as many people let it slam well into the late night. I can always here what room the person above me is in and where they go. Maybe it's their heavy, careless stomping or thin floors. More dog stations would be appreciated as not everyone follows the rules and it would help with grounds maintenance. Parking is very limited if you don't have the extra money for covered parking. Finding a spot after 7pm is a challenge. Some things could be improved, but overall experience I have enjoyed.

Upscale apartments conveniently located.

I have been here at the Villa Di Lucca apartments for going on a year. My favorite thing about them is you do NOT feel like you live in an apartment, more like a resort. My only complaints would be people are often at the pool very late and are loud at late hours of the night. Even if it is not late the noise seems to echo throughout the apartment since the pool is in the middle. The other thing would be the cost, the price for a one bedroom is as much as I was paying at my home. The parking isn't the best, if you get home later than 930 you might be parking half a mile away. Last thing was the lady who worked the front desk I think her name was Jayme came up to my fiance and I at the pool one day. She told us we needed to pick up our pizza box that still had pizza in it because we were not done eating because it was making the apartments look like trash . I was very offended because she was also there drinking with a crowd of people who I don't think even lived here. She continued to be rude when I would call the office and she seemed to be the one bringing in people who looked like they did not belong in the apartments. Besides these things we have had a wonderful year. Overall I absolutely love living here.

Very friendly neighbors.

Apartments look nice, but can hear every little noise neighbors make. At times thought the people upstairs were going to fall through the ceiling on me. Could smell people smoking from outside the retail stores from INSIDE my apartment. Parking is a nightmare Not well thought out

The location of this property was amazing. There was so much to offer right at your feet, literally downstairs. The staff was so awesome and personable. The apartment finishes were all upgraded and on trend. I would love to live there.

I like the apartments but maintenance stuff needs improvement

The community is in a great location, in a shopping center with stores and restaurants. They have several one bedroom floor plans, but the rates are kind of high. You get what you pay for.
