I enjoyed this community and the inviting personality of the agent. She was a pleasure to meet.

This was an upscale community with roomy luxury apartments with beautiful finishes. There was an upscale community center with a media room, business center, and game table. There was also a 24 hour fitness center and a nice pool and grill area. The community was built around and above retail space and was close to major highways and many restaurants and other retail businesses. The prices were a little high and more in line with the downtown highrises.

I liked the community itself. It is very well built and has a high quality impression. The property is kept clean and up to date. The apartment homes are clean, well built, and spacious with appealing appliances and wood flooring.

5 "mandatory inspections" in the last 2 months is ridiculous.

It's a unique living concept to this area which I love. Villas did Lucca already has a wonderful reputation in Mansfield. The office personal could not be better. They are helpful always, willing and genuinely glad you are here. It is truly a great place to call home. Please note, my 3 rating below for parking is due to the fact that a restaurant is very near my apartment and it appears the staff of that restaurant always parks in the available spots near me. My visitors and myself rarely can park near my apartment due to that fact. Otherwise, everything is fantastic!

The apartments look very nice. The complex looks great as well but when you live here you realize that the walls are paper thin. The water pressure is terrible. The key fob system is usually messing up and the WORST part is that the parking here is a joke. The traffic we get from the bars makes people who PAY to live here have to park very far away from their building. I would say that for what is costs to live here we should not have to deal with the problems we have. I would not recommend for someone to live here.

It's a good place to live with the conveniences next to the apartment. It's modern; love the space for closets, laundry room, pantry, linen, and restroom. The space is used in the right areas of the unit. Love the staff they are great other than the manager (who seemed to be unprofessional to her subordinates in front of me) The amount of apartments are just right. This place is better than to live in a complex with way too many people. The weight limit on the dogs is perfect. I wish they had another doggy bag area. I couldn't have asked for a better place and location.

The day before we moved in our bedroom carpet was soaked by the upstairs fire sprinkler.
the backsplash in the kitchen was not installed and we had to move everything 4 days later so it could be.....
The lights around the pool are now going to be keep on 24 hours a day. This creates enough light in our bedroom that we can see to read at 3am - with the blinds fully closed.
The walls are so thin that when the upstairs flushes their toilet, it sounds as if the ceiling will collapse with the waterfall effect of the sound. We love our apartment, but these things have made it very unpleasant.

I would tell them defiantly to consider this location as a top priority.

I love my apartment and like living here. Hopefully the retail stores will fill up and the pool gets done soon.
