We love the staff and apartment here!! However, there are some improvements to be done on visual appeal of the community. Not many people recognize or categorize Metro 112 as apartments downtown. We're going to miss staying at Metro 112.

Kellie R. and Kimber are both a unique combination of awesome and professional. Kellie, the manager, is always willing to listen to our requests and concerns. Overall, the building and the staff are great. Only complaint is the enforcement of parking restrictions. Not only ensure that residents are parking in resident parking, but also make sure cars are in actual parking spots.

We lived in Metro 112 for 2 years and then moved out to get a bigger, top-floor apartment. After one year, we moved back because we realized how much of a difference good management makes. We loved it here because of the people who looked after us, and we, no doubt, will love it here again.

Community staff is rude now. They mess up and do not complete maintenance requests on time. They do not send package notifications on same day. They can improve on friendliness.

The building, although only four years old, seemed old and in need of care. It had an odor throughout and construction noise outside. The roof top area had dirty grills and aged furniture.

Its the most affordable in bellevue, has gigabit internet, and is close to the bravern adn transit center. It is quiet.

The location is very convenient and the office is very friendly and helpful. The community as a whole gives a very inviting experience. However, there are issues with construction quality that lead to a risk of noise pollution from neighbors, with basic behaviors such as conversations and flushing toilets.

Rent could be less. That is the only -ve. I would also prefer it if there was a swimming pool in the community
