The only thing that bothered me was that there were two other agents in the office and neither of them acknowledged me as I walked past them. One of them completely ignored me as I said hello to them. Otherwise, I was very happy with this visit. The leasing agent that assisted me was excellent.

This was a very nicely constructed property with nice features. I was informed that the on-site retail area was being converted to more features, such as a theater. The roof deck was fantastic. A huge advantage is the location, right at the freeway on/off ramps, and within a couple blocks of the transit center.

Everything was wonderful. The community was modern in a good location and extremely clean. Only about a couple years old and it looked new. The consultants were friendly and there were wonderful upbeat vibes at the community.
