Quality of bathroom and kitchen appliances. Rat problem. I think the "quality" of most of the other renters here reflect poorly on the place overall. People don't have respect for their neighbors.

The convenience, close to grocery stores, freeway, restaurants, malls and the apartment community itself seems to be pretty normal, no crazy's (Not that I've encountered.)

I really like living here because the area is clean and nice. I like that every time I need a repair or something, it is done very fast. Everybody is friendly.

Trees need to be trimmed and please address the mice issues in front of the L building. They are very bad after it rains. Also, please replace dead plants. The staff here is wonderful. I like it here after living in a house for over 20 years and I was worried that it was going to be noisy, and it isn't.

Please provide a guest number code to open the gate. It takes way too long to search for apartment number and to call the resident. The office employees are great to work with.

Friendly staff. I hope in the future there will be a stricter policy on littering. I live on the ground floor and the neighbor upstairs litters their cigaratte wrappers and butts downstairs. It is disgusting and unsanitary. Also, if there is a way to ensure residents clean after their pets.
