My family and I are very happy living at Benson Downs. Absolutely the most professional, friendly, and helpful management and maintenance staff of any places we have lived in. Mike in the office has been extremely helpful from our 1st visit, viewing and leasing, and also re-leasing for our 2nd year. Always says hello or waves, and has always handled anything or any questions. He makes us feel at home because he is personable and engaging. Thanks Mike.

My apartment was rented to me with most blinds broken, kitchen counters burned and stained, baseboards needing replacement (never were,) water is always a yellow color, and bath tub needs resurfacing. First time I used the showers, my apricot face scrub stained the bathtub and never was I able to remove it. Staff is very kind and courteous. Maintenance staff, I had one rude worker but all others are pleasant.

The management and maintenance people rock. Only downside to living here is that the rates go up $235 with only a 30 day notice. There is no time for you to decide if you want to stay or have time to adjust other expenses to make up for the big increase. I know it is not management's fault, it is the owner's fault.

Laura and her team are pretty amazing. They are responsive to requests and get things done quickly. Very much appreciate the modification of the mailbox location. Community is always clean. As of 5/15/15, the security group you have now does an excellent job. I have met 2 individuals (one stopped to say helo, another saw my garage open because I had to run back into the apartment.) When I came out, he was wainting to see if it was a resident that opened the door or something else. Very much appreciate that.

The dog park is very swampy, so much mud that if you walk on it your shoes are destroyed. This is the only problem we have encountered since moving in. Management team here is amazing. Justin in particular is super helpful, and when moving in, he was inviting and quickly knew the answers to every question we had. Made us feel like this was the best place for us.

I am very satisfied with the quality of customer service at the leasing office. Staff is very friendly and professional. My only suggestion would be to have enough guest parking.

I believe the hallways should be pressure washed more often, and the apartments have a lot of cobwebs. I don't recall seeing a newsletter, but I'm sure there is one. I think more community events would bring us closer together.

Since community is gated, that is really appreciated. But, few steps must be taken to filter out the outsiders from entering the community who are not guests of Benson Downs residents. Cleanliness is maintained here, but the cleanliness right in front of the apartments (i.e. in the corridors) must be cleaned.
