I love the floor plan with lots of windows. However, the windows are all original single pane models and not very energy efficient or sound insulating. Expect high utility costs in the summer. Appliances are old and outdated. Flooring is adequate but not comparable to other properties in the area. Vertical window blinds are old and faded, mismatched colors. There was a hole in the bathtub when I moved in. Never repaired, I put a patch over the area.

Good amenities, apartments are very comfortable, friendly staff, "safe" community , and quiet if you don't live near the pool area.

The apartments need to be updated, there are cracks in the ceilings, wear and tear on cupboards and trim work. The linoleum needs replacement, new caulking in bathtub area.
