Apartment grounds are quiet, residences are nice and the staff is very friendly. However the apartment itself is starting to show its age especially in the kitchen and bathroom fixtures.
We love having you as part of our San Carlos Community and will work hard to keep you as our neighbor.

This community was located in a really nice area and was close to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, services, businesses, and schools. The community was very well maintained and the amenities offered to the residents were exceptional for the price of rent. The apartments were spacious and appealing.

Although I have visited more luxurious communities, for the price and the included amenities, this was definitely a fantastic value. The community appeared quiet and not horrifically large like most of the communities I have visited.

The community pride was evident throughout the mature and well tended grounds. The lobby/office area was warm and welcoming and nicely furnished in a manner that invited me to take a seat. The model apartment we toured was clean, odor free and well lit and featured a floor plan that enticed me to move in right away. My leasing agent was polite, professional and enthusiastic.
