The breezeways (sidewalks) leading into the apartment off of the main sidewalks that are next to the parking space - they have never been cleaned, the sidewalks in front of our doors, valet trash containers are filthy. There is spilled food and drinks that have been accumulating for what looks like since the place was built. I wouldn't want to walk on them with my bare feet, never swept either, lots of trash and dead leaves left.

It was an easy process to move in with all the paperwork to be completed. Community is clean and is locally convenient to the grocery store and other necessary restaurants and stores. Located Close enough to the freeway.

There are other places close with more accommodating rates or rent increases, as well as breaks in parking and utilities. They also have longer leases available for less.

I've had excellent service including emergency maintenance calls. Only complaint is the other residents not pick up after their dogs or not using leashes

Like the size of Apt and location. I lived here when you first opened 1997 loved it and still love it. the Apt starting to look old and tired , just like myself. Some Cosmetic surgery would help.
Could use some upgrades.
