The leasing staff were very engaging and friendly. It was evident that while being professional, they like to have fun. I felt like I was part of the crew. The rates were a little high in comparison with similar communities, this community had the most diverse amenities I have seen so far.

Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team. The Manager has done a great job grooming her team! The Manager did a great job with customizing the telephone and in-person presentation.

The Consultant was very polite and personable. I felt welcomed and that she was eager to show me the unit I was interested in. The grounds were well kept and clean. There were plenty of laundry room facilities to use on the property with several washers and dryers in each location.

I was provided an okay tour. The amenities were discussed and I explored the apartment on my own. The property was a bit dated and needed upgrades though.

The apartment was pretty spacious. The community was big with three pools and six jacuzzi areas and convenient laundry facilities. Overall, I really liked all the amenities such as the fitness center, clubhouse, pool, laundry facility. I could consider this community for my future housing needs.

The staff was great. Not only the leasing professional, but also the members I was introduced to. The grounds keeping was nice and well manicured. The residents were also pleasant and friendly. It really seemed like a great community to live in. It was nice, clean, quiet and well kept.
