The amenities were good and the clubhouse was being remodeled. The leasing agent did everything she could to give me a visualization of the one bedroom apartment since she could not show it. She gave me a sheet of their other properties and offered to call them for me.

The community is a very appealing. It is a good value, especially for a community that is professionally managed and has extra amenities.

This community was older but decent. The apartment efficiency was dated, but was clean and well kept. The atmosphere around the community was pleasant and calm. The grounds were kept superbly. Lots of parking space was a plus.

Although this community had a sand volleyball court, and basketball court in addition to the pools, spas, and fitness center, I feel it is overpriced. The apartments are small and the patios are not private by any means. The carport parking should not be an additional fee. I expected washer/dryers or at least hookups in each apartment, as well as a patio storage for the rent they are charging. The community is attractive but pricey.

The property was nice. It had a lot of amenities. The consultant was very friendly and made me feel at home.
