Based on my overall experience with this community, I was pleased with the leasing professional and the upkeep of the community. I could see myself and my children living there because I would feel safe. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant and extremely inviting and welcoming.

The staff at Raintree were engaging, courteous and enthusiastic! The company took pride in offering upgraded apartment features and desirable community amenities.

Staff was friendly and helpful and willing to help me with my needs. Having an office on location with courteous staff was less worry for the residents living in the community. There was on site maintenance as well which was important and convenient.

The community was nicely located near shopping centers and freeways. The grounds were excellent and the apartments were complete.

The community itself was nice, but there were poor painting skills in the apartments and attention to detail. The apartments I viewed had dried paint drippings on the walls, and the cabinets did not align at the bottom. I would be frustrated knowing that my care of the apartment would be more detailed than the maintenance staff.

The community had a lot to offer in the way of amenities and apartment features for a very fair price. The leasing agent was very enthusiastic and assisted me in a way that made me feel like she really cared about what I was looking for in an apartment.

The community was a very well maintained property and would be a benefit for any resident that chose to live there. This community also had a bonus option of renting a garage.

The vacant apartment that was shown was very dated and needed upgrading, especially for almost $2,000. I expected more for the price. What did sell me was the customer service.

The rent was a fair rate for the neighborhood and all you received. I would recommend this community to others, but would let them know there were no washer/dryers in the apartments.
