This is a clean and quiet community located in NE Fresno. The apartments are spacious, come with plenty of storage and detached garages.

Before moving here I was confident this was a safe complex and I was right. The only drawback is traffic noise on Herndon, which is beyond what the complex can do.

NO..NO NO..this place is roach infected and rat infected and I've lost lots of money with the bugs getting into everything and the rats chewing holes in things and peeing on stuff

Was great with Kasey but Sam is finding any way to make it miserable for what used to be a great and very friendly community. We used to all hang out and bbq together and now everyone is afraid to do anything without her finding a way to take away our fun or increasing our rent. Also why is the hot tub never hot anymore?

Based on pricing I would not recommend, there are 3bd rentals at the same price for a 1bd. The complex is no longer affordable
