I would recommend this community. The amenities were comprehensive and impressive.

This was a beautiful community located in Clovis across the street from Clovis Community Hospital. It offered a beautiful clubhouse with full kitchen, 24 hour state of the art fitness center and a gorgeous swimming pool/spa area. The community was also pet friendly! The apartments were very spacious and the upstairs apartments had vaulted ceilings. All the apartments came with ceiling fans, central heating/air, energy efficient appliances and dual paned windows and a full size stackable washer/dryer. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the staff was accommodating and friendly. This was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.

If you are interested in a community with a Tuscany feel to it, please see Marbella. They offer arched entry ways with extremely spacious apartments. They have a pool and hot tub along with a fitness center and garages. Some are attached, others are not. It is a gorgeous community.

This apartment community is one of the nicest, upscale properties in Clovis. This is completely different from any other community I have ever visited.

While touring the community, I was impressed how well maintained the landscaping and parking areas were. The leasing professional was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable regarding the property. She was very engaged during the tour and created a rapport throughout our conversation. The community was presented in a positive and appealing discussion. The community offers homes and amenities that would be of value to many prospective residents. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the community for family and friends.

The community is beautiful and looks like a great place to live. I did not care for all the carpet going through the entire apartment. I would have liked to see a shower stall in the master bath instead of a shower/bath combination.

This was a nice apartment community that offered the ability to live above your attached garage. The grounds were immaculate and the area seemed nice. However, cleanliness and a garage came with a price, so prepare to fork out twice as much rent as an equally sized apartment across town.
