This was a large apartment community near shopping and the freeway.

I work at Clovis community hospital and it’s very convenient for work. I recommend to my coworkers

Would not recommend to anyone with pet allergies. My upstairs neighbors has cats and Im always itchy and sneezing when I get home. I think my apartment is starting to get fleas too. The cat hair/dander and fleas can travel through the duct system.

Rents goes up every year. Reason given: high demand even though I see apartments vacant for months

I always recommend these apartments! The people and neighbors who live here are so friendly and respectful to each other. It's quiet, well lighted and safe at night, with well behaved young kids playing during the day. Good vibes!

The community was clean and well maintained. The agent was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

You act like you care in the main office but you really don't..its about the money

I would recommend this complex because it has such nice amenities inside. The outside touches throughout the community make it very comfortable and it’s not such a huge complex so the population is small. I think that the Marbella apartments are some of the best that I’ve seen here and definitely better than any apartment I’ve seen in all of Southern California. I would recommend this apartment complex because of the safety and offers with the garages, the security that drives around at night, and the gated community as well. I would also recommend this complex because the service and work orders are completed quickly and efficiently and respectfully. I also like the walking paths that go around the entire complex. There are places for dog pick up and trash for the dog poop that is always kept clean. I appreciate having free bags for my dogs.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this apartment community not only because of its great location, but to have a community where you can feel safe, it's clean, the whole team is friendly and helpful, and the units truly feel like apartment homes, anyone would be lucky to be a resident here.
