It’s supposed to be luxury apartment living but it’s really not. Knowing we have kids we got put by the main entrance area where people climb the wall, slam the gate door, leave trash everywhere and socialize right by our apartment random hours of the night and the big gates make a lot of noise because it doesn’t get proper maintenance services.

Make the building numbers bigger and put it in the right place and with lights is impossible for first responders and everybody visit the complex to find quick the apartments special our apartment 2450

This was a lovely community near the freeway and shopping.

I really liked the attached garage, and the big windows in the apartment. The 24 hour gym was very appealing, and also the option of renting out the clubhouse area is a great benefit. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.

The office and maintenance staff are great- responsive and professional.

This was a clean, quiet, and attractive community located on the edge of Clovis across from Clovis Community Hospital. There were several floor plans to choose from and all came with attached or detached garages, washer/dryer, the NEST system, and plenty of storage. Amenities include a state of the art 24 hour fitness center, swimming pool/spa area, clubhouse, 24 hour emergency maintenance, and courtesy patrol. Staff was super friendly, professional, and accommodating. This community was also pet friendly. This was a must see for anyone looking for the right place to call home.

Rent is very expensive for such an old place.

I would recommend the quite and peaceful environment. Parking is very much a challenge, and it difficult when you have multiple vehicles. Also difficult when you have family or guests visit.

The community was modern and in a perfect location on the edge of town. The property was pristine in regards to landscapijng and architecture.
