The size is good and there is a washer and dryer in the unit, but the actual complex and neighbors are not the best. It is close to the freeway, but still far to commute if you work in San Diego.

Price is good. Some people have had an opposite experience than I have. The units are spacious and you can't beat that gym.

It has potential, it just has to live up to it. It was more attractive with the prior regime.
We are striving towards keeping the community you call home clean and beautiful. We have added additional Porters to our staff and work closely together to ensure no area is disregarded. We recently brought in a power washing company to help us with additional care and we will continue to address these needs as they come. For areas that may need our additional attention, please reach out and let us know. Together we can keep our community clean!

It's really dirty they don't clean like they used to they don't take case of the maintenance

We take pride in keeping the community you call home clean and beautiful. We work closely with our Porters to ensure no area is disregarded. We have recently completed power washing of the entire community and walk the ground continuously to pick up any debris that may have been missed. We continue to address these needs as they come so please do not hesitate to contact us for areas that may need our additional attention. Together we can keep our community clean!
I wanted to take a moment to address your concern regarding Maintenance. Our goal is to complete all Service Requests completed within five business days. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our Community amenities to provide more value for our Residents.

In an effort to provide our Residents with first priority to parking, our visitor spaces are limited to the front entry and rear entry to the community. The Visitor spaces are marked, require permit and have time restrictions to ensure all Resident visitors have an opportunity to utilize spaces. There is also ample street parking available just steps away from our rear community entrance.
If you are unsure where Visitor Parking is located, please stop in and see us and we are more than willing to go over details. Our office is opened 7 days a week from 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday–Friday and 10:00am to 5:00pm on weekends.

My daughter had an incident where her parking placard had fallen off of the rearview mirror, and her car was towed and you could clearly see the placard by the passenger seat. I think we should have gotten a phone call because you could see the registration number clearly. So, I understand the parking situation and it being monitored, but I also see a lot of cars parked without a sticker or placard, so it makes me wonder if the parking lots are really being monitored or is it just a random few areas that's being monitored
We understand that parking can sometimes be difficult to find here at Greenfield Village. In an effort to provide our Residents with first priority to parking, our visitor spaces are limited to the front entry and rear entry to the community. Our parking is enforced by Network Parking Solutions. Anytime you see a vehicle that is parked without a permit or in violation you can contact the leasing office or Network Parking directly.

I feel like the rules are not enforced. Specifically parking! I was charged for a visitor parking pass that I've only been able to use once. There are constantly cars parked in those visitor spaces w/o a pass. And there are cars with no resident permit parked in the unmarked spaces. This makes me crazy and makes no sense. IF YOU HAVE RULES PLEASE ENFORCE THEM!
Office staff is always "out" due to meetings. and phones are rarely answered. Yet, when you walk into the office they are sitting talking about weekend plans and don't bother greeting people. Hopefully the next training attend can focus on greeting tenants.

Depending on what the circumstances are for the person, I would not recommend this place. For the rent amount, I would probably recommend another location with a smaller community and better amenities.

The community is very nice, quiet and very homey!!! It is very clean and all the personnel working here are very nice.

We are conveniently located off of the 905 Freeway Caliente exit or the 805 Freeway at Palm Avenue. We are also just minutes away from the 125 Freeway which offers a toll road option to avoid longer commutes.
