I feel that the needs of the residents are not being met and when management gives an explanation it is always just pointing the finger at someone else
We are utilizing all information to gain a sense of community wants and needs and value all of your comments pertaining to your stay with us here at Greenfield Village. We are truly sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Our Maintenance team is on site 5 days a week and available to take care of all Maintenance needs. We have also permitted our community with bikes to make use of the bike racks as a place to lock up their bikes if they are not residing in a townhome with attached garage. Again we are sorry to hear you had a bad experience while staying here at Greenfield Village. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns and we will utilize them as a tool to help us reach our goal of providing exceptional service.
