I would not unfortunately we have had numerous car break ins 2 for our cars and numerous at the complex, I added it up complex makes 20k minium a month just on parking space fees and yet refuse to put cameras up.

The amenities are good for more active lifestyles and others may find more value if they are social. I would personally trade amenities for square footage in my overall rental experience.

I recommend this apartment for those who work in the area and like to live close to food and the mountains. If future tenants can get over the things that occur in the adjacent parking lot and in the parking garage/parking garage stairwells, then it is a comfortable place to live.
