Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would love to recommend this place, but my experience hasn't been the best so far due to having a loud neighbor.

Way downhill since move in. Newer residents seem sketchy and creepy

hard to tell I moved in right before Covid. Not able to use amenities which I pay to use.

First apartment we leased had only hot water plumbed into the kitchen. Maintenance response was that it would be a huge project and we should just deal with it. Office said we could switch units and would waive the transfer fee but that’s all we offered in exchange for having to deal with scalding hot water and having to move all of our apartment to a different unit- no discount or reimbursement or anything for our trouble. Then we had a lot of difficulties over and over with payments and parking being set up correctly. Not impressed with how we were treated over the whole process.
Hi, we are sorry to hear that your experience wasn't the greatest. We would be happy to discuss your concerns further if you are free to stop by the leasing office. Please let us know what works for you.

It is impossible to get mail properly at this apartment. We have had many important mail items not be delivered. Sometimes they are at the front desk for weeks even though I check and ask multiple times.

Good location, small space for the price, nice amenities, fabulous community events, BUT the neighbors are lame

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

It's overpriced for the quality of construction. There were paint spatters everywhere on the floors when I moved in, permanent sticky material on my counters from installation, and the flooring in my bedroom is really uneven. Also I am quite confident the natural ventilation does not meed code, as there is only one small operable window in my whole 750sf apartment. I hate that I can't open the windows and get air flowing through my apartment.

This community has its characters for tenants as do all other apartment complexes, but it has been very comfortable and relatively quiet. I recommend these apartments because of this. I would caution future tenants about the leasing professionals not following up on things such as renting out the sky lounge. There was an instance where I had put down a tentative date for renting the space and never received a follow up about it and didn’t end up renting it. The cost for renting the space is also relatively unreasonable in my opinion for space that has a time limit and is an amenity that is available to its tenants for ‘free’ otherwise. I also spent 5 months requesting a parking space reservation be removed now that my roommate and I share one car. I was told 6 months ago that my uncovered space would be the first to be offered to the next tenant that wanted uncovered parking. I never got a follow about about this as well and have paid the extra cost ever since. Other than leasing professionals seeming to be too busy for follow up, it has been a good place to rent.

I am not a dog owner - so perhaps not the best person to ask! The odors in the service elevator and on stairwells 3 and 4 are very strong from doggie mishaps - urine and feces. Maybe more regular upkeep there would help.

I like living here. It's comfortable. It's convenient. And while pricey, it's within market rates.

It's a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone.

Would: community events monthly, prompt maintenance, quiet for the most part, friendly environment, good location.

I would recommend to some friends and family but the price after base price has me telling them that there are far cheaper apartments for the same living experience. The residents here let their dogs of their leashes inside the building and poop is left on the carpet for days at a time (meaning nobodies doing walk throughs) other residents make it uncomftrable to go to the pool or gym as their conversations go to race, politics, and economy.
