It’s plain comfortable and easy

It’s a fine complex although it is noisy on whatever side you are on. Loud vehicles on one side or shooting range on other.

Extremely noisy tenants and dog poop everywhere.

Nice apartment, good location.

The dog waste and trash left by other residents is terrible. More often than not you have to step over stains and feces on the carpet and step around boxes and furniture that people leave in the tiny trash rooms. For those reasons I might not recommend Beacon to a friend.

Price is a limiting factor.

The water lines plumbed to the sink of our unit were apparently done wrong, we were told by maintenance that we either had to live with only getting burning hot water from the sink or they had to do a “major” construction project

High price to have to dodge dog poop constantly in the stairs. Management doesn't seem to care.

Hearing your neighbors upstairs at night is a terrible experience, so I do not think I would recommend this place unless someone can get a top floor unit.

Dog pee smells - I walk a lot, leave from multiple exits depending on destination. Some stairwells are unbearable

Overall this is a nice place to live so I would recommend.

Nice but a bit pricey, people are smoking pot in their apartments or on the balcony, many areas smell like pot. People starting to damage building property.

The main thing that I am unhappy with is the constant trash around the apartment. Half the days when I walk to my car, I notice a box of pizza in the stairwell, or dog droppings by the dog entrance, or people leave their trash in the trash room. More frequent maintenance or enforcement of the rules would hopefully make this place cleaner. It's hard to recommend a place to friends when, as I show them my apartment, I have to say, "Just ignore the half eaten pizza and bottles of soda in the stairwell. Also, watch your step with that dog poop."

The service, amenities and common areas are third-world most of the time.

Mainly price and build quality. Several features seem pretty nice but with a little ware they don’t work properly.
