Great location; close to 1-25, shopping and restaurants.

This is a well maintained property. It has great curb appeal and excellent amenities. The apartments are spacious and beautifully updated. I received great customer service at this property.

The community stands out with all its common areas and beautiful pool/outside areas. This community is well maintained and presents well. The only thing I noticed when driving in the golf cart and also in my own vehicle is the asphalt in areas needs some attention, and the potholes can be noticeable.

The agent was not sure but thought there was a monthly amenity fee. The non refundable pet fee was very high. Those would be the two things to stop me from leasing. Besides that I loved the apartment.

The leasing agent was new and she tried to help me the best she could. She created excitement for the finished product of the clubhouse which should be done soon. She also showed me what the renovated apartments had to offer. She was personable and genuine.

The property was nice. There was not a lot about it that stood out for me. I did like the gates that shut in the evening that you needed a key code to get into. It seemed like the average apartment. There was not anything that really stood out other than the golfing green, which I do not do so it was not a huge plus to me. I did like the fact that they have the garage inside of the apartment building. You could get in through the breezeway which is nice. For the price, this was not something that really stood out for me.

The community had a lot to offer for the price. The apartment was specious and beautiful. The bedroom was a little small, but the walk-in closet was very large. The grounds were very well taken care of. Everyone I encountered was very nice and willing to help. I believe this apartment was worth the price.

This is a lovely community. The grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The apartment I saw had an angled wall, giving the apartment a very distinctive look. The apartment had a lot of windows that let in a lot of natural light.

The Retreat is a great place to live. It is so close to tons of restaurants, bars, entertainment movies, bowling, putt-putt, etc , walking biking trails, and right across from the Lincoln Lightrail station so easy to get downtown . It is very nicely maintained, the front office staff is wonderful, tons of amenities in the complex itself, and the apartments are really nice inside. I can pay rent and request maintenance services online that are always completed in a very timely manner . The complex is very pet friendly. Yes, there's occasional street and neighbor noise, but you expect that in an apartment setting. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any downsides. Plus, it's gated, individual garages are available, and no parking permits are required for guests visitors. I always recommend this place for apartment-hunting friends.
