Friendly Staff and a good community
a great place to call home . The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.
Spacious apartments with functional layout
Spacious apartments with functional layout. Noise has been a problem. It seems to travel through the vent system especially in the master bathroom. Can hear conversations from the downstairs unit. Maintenance responds timely to requests. The office staff is fantastic and responsive. Be careful walking through the grassy areas. There are pet waste stations throughout the complex but there is an issue with residents not cleaning up after their dogs.

The community is in a great, convenient location. It looks much like the one down the street. While the floor plan is unique and spacious, it does not have enough pizzazz to make me choose it over another one.

This community has everything you would expect from an upscale apartment community and then more. The grounds are very well kept and the floor plans are amazing, with a lot of options. They are very pet and kid friendly and the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the value of this community is well worth it.
