I will most likely recommend the community to family and friends because I love the apartment features such as the full size washer and dryer, huge living room space, extra-large walk-in closet, computer room, and extra storage space. I also love the community's amenities such as the swimming pools, tennis court, and putting green. Likewise, I love the community's convenient location to the various restaurants, shops, light rail, and freeways. Above all, the leasing office people are very warm, friendly, caring, and professional. I can tell the community takes good care of its residents and the residents are well-satisfied with the service of the leasing office professionals.

The amenities of this property were beyond fabulous. The apartment was charming and unique. The floor plan would have been perfect if I were to have a need.

The management and maintenance staff care about the residents and the community. They are responsive, polite and attentive to the community.

The leasing agent was professional and pointed out the amenities of the property. He explained the layout and took the time to show me the little things inside the apartment that make it different from the rest. I thought he related to me and I felt comfortable talking to him. The property was beautiful and kept up. The price would be more than I would want to pay for an apartment but it is an amazing neighborhood and in a great location.

The community was very well tended. When I was told it was 13 years old, I was surprised. It looked new throughout. After seeing all the top-notch amenities and the model apartment, I felt the pricing was reasonable in this desirable location.

The rent is way too high and its like a zoo with all the Dogs. This is an apartment not a house. One small dog is ok, but when you have a big dog over you on the second floor that moans its a real inconvenience

The community offers upscale living at a reasonable price. It is close to shopping, dining and transportation.

I felt this was a very nice property. Everything was clean and well maintained. I would not complain on calling this home.

Two many large dogs of all breeds. There really should be a weight and a breed limit for these dogs and 1 pet per apartment. Its an apartment not a house!

I recently moved out of this property after purchasing my house a few months ago. The appliances are noisy and old, mediocre at best (tiny microwave) and the PLUMBING IS AWFUL! They had to rip apart some of the neighbor's garage to fix a broken pipe.  Clientele has gone downhill.

I would say its like living at a kennel or a zoo, way to many dogs living at this property.
