I was impressed with the tour of the community. The leasing agent was very enthusiastic and upbeat.

The community had great amenities available. I would recommend the community to anyone looking in the area.

I felt that it was a very pricey community. I loved the look and feel of the place and the amenities it offered. I felt like a very important person while being present in the community.

By showing me all the amenities, it made sense that the price would partially recoup savings by not having to maintain several different dues and other miscellaneous fees at multiple establishments. Though the area was a point of contention, I do believe it will be taking a turn due in part to this community of up scale shops and residences. Technological advances were unmatched. No amenities were left out. I was truly impressed and would recommend highly to anyone looking in that price range in that location.

The community was nice and was in a nice area very central to a lot of stuff. The agent was nice and showed a very nicely decorated model. However, the pricing was more than one should pay for that small of a space.

This is a beautiful, high-end, expensive apartment choice. There are services available, but not real amenities on the property. The amenities are pretty much contained in the athletic club next door. It includes work-out facilities, trainers, swimming, tennis, a spa, a bar, a restaurant and lounges.

This is a nice little community that is nestled on top of a hill, with a private entrance for residents. They offer two clubhouses, with two pools for overcrowding at times. They even offer a carport along with your apartment at no extra charge.

If I wanted to downsize and move closer into downtown, this would be the community I would choose. It is the Perfect location and has spectacular amenities. It is a fabulous alternative for many people wanting to move from suburbia into a more metropolitan lifestyle.
