This is an exceptional property, with beautiful landscaping and grounds and lovely apartments. The added value of the laundry, the covered parking, and the gym make the apartments a great deal.

The value of the apartment is average. There is nothing great, but nothing bad there. The leasing professionals are nice. The fitness center is nicer than most.
Nice but rent is a bit high.
I would recommend it to another person.

Almost worth the price
This is definitely the best property in the area. The price, however, is a tad higher than other luxury apartment communities located further south.

This is the first time I have given an apartment community excellent ratings. It was the best on-site visit I have encountered. I was very impressed with the the leasing consultant, who did an outstanding job in her presentation.

Great apartment community
I absolutely love living at The Highlands. I appreciate the gated fence, where I feel safe. The landscaping is always beautiful and I enjoy all of the amenities. I'm glad to have found a great place to call home.

Great place to live.
Close sense of community, residents are top priority. Well maintained grounds living areas
Wonderful community
I would tell them the community is a nice place to live. The staff is always nice and courteous. The only thing to keep in mind is you can hear your neighbors above very well.
Spoiled Lifestyle
This complex has all the amenities anyone could want. It is priced well, has a great location, easy on the eyes, and the employees are always available. We looked at many apartments before this place, and for what you get here, this is the BEST value.

The on-site representative was reserved. She did her job, but lacked some customer service efforts. We went to look at the fitness center and the agent told me about a dog dipping party the community recently had.
I love it here.
I would tell them that it is reasonably priced and a nice, safe location. It comes with great amenities for what you are paying for.

we have had many maintenance issues and they have been handled differently each time. Went a week without A C, they should have known it was broken before we moved in. Dealt with very rude rental agent, but also really love a few of the people who work here. It's a nice quiet place to live, and comparable to other complexes with similar amenities.
