The community was well maintain, and had a quiet atmosphere. The leasing professional was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I found the leasing agent to be a very professional and a warm person to talk to about the community. I never felt rushed. She explained everything thoroughly and she had a sense of humor. I feel the community is very high quality, but a bit pricey. But for what you get in amenities it is much better than most places I have visited. Excellent customer service from the leasing agent.

This is a sprawling community with twelve different styles and sizes of recently renovated apartments. It is well maintained and and well staffed.

As I entered the office when I arrived, I was captivated by the leasing agent and his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and being most pleasant. He made the experience enjoyable and like a place I would like to live. He discussed the management company and their 24/7 coverage and that they cared about the residents and worked to make the apartment community a nice place to live.

The staff did a good job during my visit. It was a little rushed, but overall a good job.

The leasing agent took great pride in the property. As we walked through the courtyard, he stopped to pick up an empty water bottle that had been left on a bench. That showed a genuine interest in keeping the property neat and tidy. It also exemplified what pride the leasing agent felt. The leasing agent pointed out nearby Planet Fitness and shopping areas. The leasing agent was especially proud of the on-site management team who were working diligently to fully renovate apartments as they come available. I left with a great impression of the staff!

The community itself seems to be a good choice for a renter. The location is conveniently situated next to a shopping area, yet it gives the impression of being quite secluded and quiet. I liked the fact that there are community-wide activities to bring neighbors together and foster friendships. I was surprised that the renters pay all utilities, but then the rental rates are low compared to other communities. All in all, I think this community would be an excellent choice.

I really enjoyed touring this community. The leasing professional was very friendly and full of energy. He seemed like he would be a very helpful resource if I were to move into the community. The community itself did not really stand out to me compared to other communities I have seen. However, some features I really liked were the vaulted ceilings and the separate laundry rooms.

This property is centrally located and close to many amenities. It has two distinct building areas, the original built in the early 2000's and the buildings up on the hill which were built a few years later. Everything was neat and clean. Although the apartments were on the small side, I thought the floor plans worked well. They do have an outdoor pool, barbecues, and a small gym which is open 24/7. The service at the leasing office was very impressive. Everything appeared to be well maintained. The color scheme in the apartments is beige and aqua, which may not be to everyone's liking. Overall a nice property. Nothing outstanding, but a good deal for the money.
