The community had a lot to offer. There was a small, but well equipped gym and a nicely landscaped pool area. The apartments were renovated with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. The leasing agent was personable and knew her community. She seemed interested in finding me just the apartment that I needed. The rental rates were average for the area, but some of the amenities had price tags that seemed too high. The monthly garage and storage fees seemed high. Many places include a storage space in the rental price.

The impression I got from the staff is that they are professional and nice people. I would be happy to have them running the community.The community was comfortable and clean. The community was large.

Wow!!! I would love to call this community my home. From the the very beginning I had a good feeling in my stomach. When I was approaching the office two separate residents said hello, as well the gardeners. They made me feel welcome. The outside of the building was a beautiful piece of architecture and was complemented by an amazing wide range of plants, shrubs and trees. The grass was cut fresh and edged perfectly. I absolutely fell in love with pool. I love the amount of chairs and fold out sun chairs that were available. The grill looked brand new and was just so inviting. Once I got to the apartment there was a lot of windows with fresh air and natural light. Regardless if you are married, with a kid, or single and love having guests over, there is plenty of room. The community is a short walk from local shops and food stores.

I found this to be a most desirable place in which to rent an apartment. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness and order evident everywhere.The 24/7 accessibility to a fitness room should help any resident keep fit, and the lovely community room with its deep chairs and inviting fireplace would be the perfect place to meet or make friends.

This community is well-located, near shopping and grocery stores. This would be a great place to live. The apartments were clean and bright, and many of the apartments offered private balconies. The leasing professional was excite and genuinely interested, making me eager to move-in soon.

I found the agent to be very pleasant and professional. The property was beautiful and well maintained.

I thought the on-site sales person was nice enough, but I felt rushed.

I did get the feeling that it would be a nice place to live. My leasing agent was friendly and sincerely positive about the community.

It's quiet and the office personnel are great. The only problem is maintenance only occurs during the weekday and there is no way to schedule appointments. I am unable to take 1-2 days off work to wait for an outside contractor to show up.

This community was very well maintained and had some brand new amenities, such as the fitness center. The apartments were spacious and beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and painted in neutral colors.

I felt that the value was a bit overpriced. The apartments and area are very nice, however the rental rates are perceived by me to be slightly high.

It is a great place. Very nice staff. Only downside is it take 10 mins to get to freeway and parking is baad.

The community had good upkeep in general. I felt that it had a nice warm quality to it. It seemed like a quiet place, and yet it was also near to a lot of highways and stores.

We love the community feel at Hawthorne Commons. Our only complaint is that the rent continues to go up every year.
