The area does have a draw with the shopping. I could picture myself having coffee and looking at the view of the harbor.

I would consider renting here. The grounds were nice. The first apartment I viewed was very nice and the second not as much. I was surprised to learn it was newer than the first. The agent was friendly and gave me a comfortable feel for the location.

If you have a small family aka a young couple with no kids, then this is an awesome place. Minutes from downtown Salem, with tons of things to do.

My on-site visit was great!! I was very pleased with the presentation of the property and the features that it offered.

As I entered the property, I was impressed with how clean and well kept everything was. I especially liked that there was no trash bin visible and that it was behind a tasteful looking brown fence. The white fences and trim both on the exterior and interior of the property, were well maintained and made the grounds look inviting. The pool and fitness area looked well kept as well. The landscape was tasteful for the season. When I drove to the opposite side of the property, that area was also well maintained. It was bright and clean, even on a rainy day.

It's cozy, feels like home, friendly atmosphere, great apartments with great fixtures Love having my own washer and dryer and patio However the only down fall is coming home from work and never finding a parking spot For some reason parking is so hard here and not quite sure why, I have a parking sticker and never find a spot when I get home from work after 8pm

The grounds are very well maintained and the exterior construction appears to be well designed. They definitely went cheap on the interior of the units, however, the cathedral ceilings and big windows offset that to a certain degree. I have really loud neighbors in the unit above me, so I hear the noise from the children running and jumping. Other than that I hear nothing what-so-ever, which leads me to believe it's the occupants of that unit, not the construction of the building to blame. The hallways are always clean and they have someone that goes around the premise daily to keep the exterior clean as well. The staff members are all nice and friendly. They take the time to help everyone on an individual basis and they are constantly organizing gatherings for the tenants to get to know each other. It's a really nice perk that isn't typically offered in apartment complexes. The parking seems is a little tight during the Winter months for some reason, I personally haven't had a bad experience with parking, but my son's brand new car did obtain a dent from another car's door. The snow plowing is exceptional, they come at the first sign of snow and stay long after the snow stops falling. My only complaint is the smoking policy. In this day and age, smoking should be limited to an outside designated area away from the dwellings. Not just for health concerns, but for the risk of a fire. The cigarette smell in my building's hallway is really bad and the smoke actually comes through to my unit. It's really disgusting. Other than that, I really love it here.

I found the apartment to be very spacious and well maintained. The community was in great shape. The paint was vibrant, and the community was beautifully landscaped. I thought it was a good value for the money. I thought the amenities were somewhat lacking. It would have been nice to have an entertainment room and a larger fitness center. The leasing professional was enthusiastic and knew his product. His presentation focused on the features of the apartment and their benefits. Overall, I would likely recommend the property.

The apartment and the surroundings are what I am looking for when I am ready to move. The smell of smoke was a big draw back, but I suppose you have to weigh the good with the bad. The location was good, and the area seemed very quiet. The tour was very helpful, and the presentation was very professional.

The agent could not be better. The public areas were quite nice and tasteful. I liked the ability to rent a garage if I wanted. Most of the community was tucked away from the main road and it was in a good location for convenience.
