I thought the community presented a great value. The garage alone was the size of one entire floor of the townhouse, and the apartments were pretty good-sized for the rent amount as well.

The presentation really sold the apartment, as the agent seemed very genuine. The details given left me with no extra questions and I was provided the directions of how to take the apartment off the market. The rate and community and surroundings make this community seem like a great bargain to live there. I would definitely recommend this community.
