I could tell that the property was well maintained. I liked the feel of the community and the surrounding area. I got the impression that the residents that we encountered on the tour really enjoyed living there. The service I received was outstanding on my tour and I absolutely loved the townhomes due to the size, open feel, and the large windows and white woodwork that gave the home a very bright and cheery feel. I would have been thrilled to move-in.

I found the community to be very pleasant and a place I could call home. The layout and floor plans made it seem more like a home and less like an apartment. I loved the fact that it was close to so many things, yet felt quiet.

Overall I feel that Woodbury Park at City Centre is a nice place to live. Some updates could be done just for normal wear and tear.

The updates in the kitchen were notable. The square footage for the money was excellent. Overall the property was well kept and felt homey.

The community is clean and well maintained in the common areas. The fall decorations are tasteful, if not buried under snow. It was easy to find and well signed. The clubhouse is lovely, and the residents were actively out with their dogs and kids. It seemed very comfortable. The unit itself was very spacious and clean; it seemed very comfortable.

The community looked great. it was very neat, clean and well maintained. The amenities looked terrific, and the amenities listed in the brochure were impressive. None of the community amenities were sold to me and few even mentioned. The location is terrific for anyone living and working in Woodbury. I would be very interested in living here if I were in the market.

Overall it was a very good and thorough experience.

The pride in this community showed. Everything was very well cared for. The apartments were a nice size and up to date. The agent that assisted me was very personable and friendly. I would be comfortable living here and would be very likely to recommend this community.
