I love it here, but the homes are not sound proof at all. If I had children I would not live here.

This complex is located in an extremely desirable area with many varied shopping experiences just a few blocks away.

The community was well maintained. The carpet had just been replaced in the apartment.

The staff are great, the amenities are very nice and kept, great location to shopping and dining, parking can be challenging at times, the units are showing their age and are over due for general updating and could benefit form energy and water saving products.

The rooms were spacious with a great amount of storage. I liked the garage being private and not part of a larger multiple car garage. The rent was a little high for the amenities, but still very nice.

The visit was flawless. I loved the excellent customer service. The agent was very kind, polite and listened to me and answered all of my questions effectively. The homes were fabulous. Based on my experience I would lease from this community and inform family and friends.

Open floor plans with spacious closets, oversize garages, and full sized washers and dryers highlight the cozy and comfortable living spaces.

The community is conveniently located to the major highways and attractions. The amenities are always nice to have as well.

My experience at the community was informative. The professional was knowledgeable and professional, but not very personable. She spent little or no time getting to know me personally, but she attempted to provide my needs and sell the apartment.

Throughout our entire interaction, the onsite leasing professional was either asking me questions to determine additional needs or providing me with a lot of great information. She presented herself as truly wanting to assist me with whatever she possibly could and made the property look very appealing.

It was a great-looking apartment and complex. I really liked the one-bedroom with den layout. The den would make a great home office. I also liked the under-unit garage and it did seem to have adequate storage space. The too-small balcony detracted from the overall quality of the unit. The rental office was very impressive and attractive. The leasing professional was pleasant and polite.
