The community was nice and maintained. I would very likely refer others.

As a real customer, I would certainly lease from City Place. There were a ton of restaurants, all sorts of adult drinking establishments, grocery store, FedEx, World Market, and The Westport Ale House, to name a few. Also, the Plaza is two or three minutes away. There too, you will find more restaurants, and if your are into the arts, the Nelson Atkins Museum is always open, not to mention you are minutes from downtown where there is a huge art scene. City Place is one of the premier locations that's junctions for smart, upscale, sophisticated living. Always something happening. The leasing agent was amazing and made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked in.

I was greeted by the agent but not by anyone else in the office. The office and clubhouse appeared very clean and tidy. It would be nice if the clubhouse amenities were 24 hours. I felt it was odd residents had to pay for parking throughout the community, although they were not guaranteed. The price of the apartment was worth it, in my opinion.

The apartment community was fairly new, and right in the middle of Westport. There was plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the community. The apartments were nice and open, with a full-size washer/dryers. They had many amenities, and the rental rates were reasonable.

This was an older community that has been well maintained and continues to make improvements.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a small, secluded-like village feel in a popular night life area.

The community was very energetic and welcoming. I saw a resident using a coffee space. Coffee was free to residents. There were nice working and recreational areas. There was open space, a garage, and a walk-in closet.

I enjoyed my tour of this community. It had a nice feel and had all the major amenities. The location is also ideal.

Compared to some of the other communities in the area, this is by far the best one. It is a great value for what you get, with plenty of additional features for everyone to enjoy. The management company sounds like they actually care about the residents.

The location of the community is perfect for walking to everything in the Westport and Plaza areas. At the same time, once you enter the property, you can almost forget everything around it. It feels secluded and insulated, yet all that convenience is only a few steps away.

This was a superior property, with a full range of amenities. The upkeep and maintenance was impeccable and the location was convenient to all manner of goods and services.

I thought this would be a very nice apartment community to live in.

The agent was well trained and seemed very experienced. The conversation was mostly business but he provided enough motivation and information to make a decision. I would likely recommend it to anyone interested in the Westport scene and was also in the budget range.
