Great location, great living space. Love the trash pickup. The only negative is the parking situation (more cars than free spaces). Best maintenance service I have ever experienced.

Whether you are enjoying a relaxing afternoon at the community pool, or getting your morning coffee from the free espresso bar, City Place is the place to be. Also, the location of the complex is a huge plus for those interested in the social world of the Westport Entertainment district, as it is right down the street. The price of rent is a little high, but other than this, I have been very pleased with my experience at City Place.

I think the complex is nice, but I think they are asking too much money for the apartments in an area that is noisy. The parking situation is not a good one with the parking garage in the middle of the complex. They have too many fees for too many things, and though it is nice, it is not worth the money, in my opinion.

This is a stunning property with every imaginable amenity and beautiful, spacious apartments. Full size washer and dryer are included in a separate laundry room. Closets are all walk-in. There are several options for free or extra fee parking. The grounds are beautifully designed and well maintained. A gorgeous property all together.

I think for location and how small the apartment was, it was a big price. I might tell a single friend if they were looking, as it did not feel like there were kids in the community.

The property was neat, well kept and welcoming. The staff was professional and attentive to my needs. Although I did not actually see a vacant apartment, the model helped me visualize myself actually living there. The updated appliances were a plus, and the amenities such as the large size swimming pool, fitness center, conference room served as a bonus.

This community is in a class by itself. The community is very near and clean and near a lot of restaurants and shopping.

I love it! It really feels like home. It is perfect for someone in their 20's early 30's being so close to Westport. The maintenance staff is always friendly and quick to respond. It is a wonderful and clean apartment complex with spacious room which makes it great to have a pet. I enjoy living here!

The curb appeal of the community was outstanding. The cordiality of the staff I met was welcoming. In part, these two items would sway me to lease at the community.

The property is very nice, has a lot of wonderful amenities, and is located within walking distance of all your shopping needs. The attached garages in some apartments make the apartment feel very much like a home and not an apartment. The amenities are extremely nice.

Very nice apartments, very good staff. However, the parking situation is horrible. I pay for a spot in the complex but whenever I get home there is nowhere to park so I end up parking across 43rd

It's great, but they are located blocks away from a google fiber hut and they refuse to sign a contract with Google to get it. So you are stuck with basically two options TWC or Uverse...If your lucky enough to be facing the satellites in the sky you can get a dish. Please get Google fiber in here...is that too much to ask? Or could you at least tell me why we can't?

I love the pool, the grounds are always clean and they have the best maintenance staff of any place I've ever lived!!
