The staff are great. The grounds are kept clean. Maintenance is responsive. Apartments are roomy. The German cockroach problem was a big problem at first but is better. I can't always take my dogs with me when the pest control guy wants access. I did have one problem with a weirdo resident last summer who was in the pool and got weird on me when I came into the pool area to look at the new improvements. But supposedly he moved out. By the way the sign at the pool says the pool is open at 8 am but Isaac said the lease says the pool opens at 10 am. Might need to be fixed. I love living at Ridgeview.

I wouldn't because nothing for kids, Rental rates jump every renewal and nothing is offered to keep you

Parking is abysmal and vandalism to my car is rampant. More so than any other place I've lived in Austin.

The inside immenities are outdated and the carpet is awful. Being on the ground floor the neighbors above me sound so loud walking across the floor like elephants until 2am.

The staff is kind and courteous. Patient and understanding. They deal with so much crap. And always have a smile on their face! I hate that I had to leave ridgeview. For many reasons. I doubt I’ll ever live in an apartment again, knowing that I won’t have the staff and Community I had at ridgeview.
