My overall perception of the community was excellent. I was told about three apartments having two different floor plans that would be available in my time frame. The staff member on site was awesome and was proud of the community. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The kitchen in the one bedroom floor plans was the best kitchen I have seen in an apartment. The amenities were unique, not just like everyone else's. The service I received when visiting was awesome. The value I would receive for the money was phenomenal. I would lease there.

This community is beautiful. The model and office was very nice and clean. I really loved the movie theater. I did not get to see the fitness, business center, and pool, but my leasing agent described them very well. I would love to call this place home!

Overall, I think the apartment would be a very nice place to call home. The most important features that stuck out to me were the movie theater and the fact that you could rent it out for a fun night with friends and family. The pool is open year round, which is unheard of unless you belong to a gym. Also the gym had a nice weight area. I loved the artwork in the front of the office. Nice staff! Nice apartment! It was a very nice property. The staff was good at their job and was nice. They needed to be more attentive when they first arrive at work because I was waiting outside for them to unlock the door.
