Good apartment design. Spacious. Excellent maintenance. Price is high.

The noise level. Loud barking dogs. Frequent loud leaf blowers, lawn mowers, big trucks bouncing over the parking lot speed bumps, neighbors underneath me playing loud TV or stereo on weekends that literally causes my floor boards to vibrate. I understand these are the typical problems of a large apartment complex.

The community is quiet, tenants are all respectful and polite, the office personnel do a lot to make it feel like a home. I've heard horror stories from folks at other places and I always tell them how much I love this place.

Very nice place to live.... I have lived here for 6 years and find it a lovely place to call home . My only complaint is the escalation of the rent over the years......$400.00 in 6 years. I am retired teacher and on a fixed income; my income has certainly not kept up with the increase in rent. It gets more difficult each lease to keep up with the rising rent.I have

The only reason I would not recommend this apartment community is because of the parking spaces here. There are very few parking spots in and around the apartment buildings and the spots are very narrow. My car already has been dinged twice in 2 years by people trying to park next to me. Also the spots are so narrow that people park in 2 spots since its hard to fit the car in one.
Other than that I am pretty happy with this apartment complex and would recommend it to my friends.

The community was wooded, offered ample parking, and had a lovely pool area. The apartments were nice.

The leasing professional did a good job of demonstrating the apartment, but did not show me any amenities.

This was a nice community in a good location. They offered nicely designed apartments if you were looking for roommate layouts as the bedrooms were all side by side.

The community and apartment were very nice. The leasing agents were friendly and knowledgeable.

The apartments have not yet been upgraded, but the layout of the two bedroom apartment I saw was great. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and access to Mopac is excellent.

This community offered several floor plans and upscale amenities. I toured a model apartment with an open floor plan, large rooms, plenty of natural light, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The lease rate was reasonable for the location, square footage, and amenities.
